Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! Welcome back to 2025. The new year brings with it new beginnings, new hopes and new dreams of what can be in the year to come. It reminds me of my favorite verse growing up

This verse had significant meaning to a young girl who grew up in a very dysfunctional home, with very little money, influence, or hope of ever leaving her hometown in California. But when I became a Christian at the age of 12, I began to read the
promises of God throughout the scriptures and to learn about the nature and character of God; our Heavenly Father who loves us so and desires the very best for our lives. The more I read in my teen years, the more I came to realize that if I were to follow the influence of the Holy Spirit in my life and obey the principles set forth in God’s Word, the Bible, that my life would be blessed. And so, my journey began at the age of 15 as I dedicated my life to full time Christian service. Throughout my journey, and in every twist and turn of events, both good and bad, I learned that obedience truly does bring blessing.
